Payment & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: 18/08/2025

1. Payment is required upfront before custom programmes are delivered.
2. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions.
3. EFT / Bank Transfer is the preferred method of payment.
4. Alternative Option: If EFT is not possible, you may use Western Union or MoneyGram.
5. Clients must send Proof of Payment to confirm their order.

Your custom programme will be prepared after POP is received, and delivered once payment is confirmed.
